The Process

  • It all begins with what you would like to achieve. Maybe you have something specific that you would like to resolve. Maybe you would like to optimise and generally increase your health and vitality. Whatever it is, this initial phase will start with a health conversation and exploration. Depending on your specific scenario, we may use iridology and traditional signs (tongue, nails etc.) and pathology/blood tests. If necessary, specialised functional testing may be discussed to gain a more thorough assessment of your current health and allow more specific and tailored treatment options to assist you to achieve your health goals.

  • After the initial consultation, we will discuss and navigate together to develop your wellbeing roadmap to guide your way forward to your health goals. The broad areas we will cover in these discussions are:

    • Lifestyle Therapeutics

    • Dietary & Nutritional Support

    • Herbal Medicine

    • Medicine for the Soul

    • Vibrational Kinesiology

  • This phase can include a bit of “suck it and see” as you implement and create changes in your diet, lifestyle and greater environment in line with your goals for optimising your health. It really is where “the rubber meets the road” (aka the commitment phase) and often the level of support required during this transitioning period is the most intense (that’s not always the case). You’ll be re-adjusting as you go, where necessary, to ensure your compass stays tuned to your desired health direction.

  • Along the way, you’ll find things that really work for you and you’ll pivot and correct course on other things. You’ll flourish, you’ll ebb and flow, you’ll plateau and at times you’ll also fall off the wagon (that’s natural and that’s real!)

    Different life stages appear, life circumstances change and goals get reprioritised. At this point you may feel it of benefit to check-in and ensure your health is heading in your desired direction.
